We are looking for someone to support our current group of reception staff. This position is parttime for at least 3 days a week. There is the option to work more days (24 hours)
SAMCO Aircraft Maintenance is an independent maintenance facility for a large range of regional jet and turboprop aircraft. The company has about 300 employees, of which about 200 works at the home base facility, located at Maastricht Airport, and just under 100 at various airports across the world.
We have a great team of experienced technicians, supported by a strong support group consisting of various departments like warehouse, shipping, tool store, purchasing, planning, engineering, ICT and finance. We are a professional company with good terms of employment and a pleasant working environment.
As a reception employee, you receive customers and guide them to their appointment. You also take care of all incoming telephone calls. You also do light administrative work.
Task description / Responsibilities include
• Telephone handling.
• Assisting customers and guiding them to their appointments.
• Booking hotels and airline tickets. • Carrying out light administrative work.
• MAVO / HAVO level.
• The applicant must be pro-active and customer focused.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Communication skills in the English language in word and writing.
• The applicant must be a team-player and have an accurate and conscientious work attitude.
• A job for at least 3 month.
• Required coaching and training.
• The possibility to develop yourself.
